General Committee of ČMKU deals with persisting problems with the registration of shih-tzu puppies from the kennel Bohemia Acro, breeder: Jarmila Podzemská, residing at Zhoř, and in connection with this matter the General Committee of ČMKU declares that:

1. The ČMKU studbook did not receive any background papers for the registration of shih-tzu puppies from the kennel Bohemia Acro, born in the second half of January 2007 and later.
2. For 10 litters of the breed shih-tzu born from April 2006 till the second half of January 2007, the breeder did not submit certificates of the compulsory permanent identification (tattoo or chip) of the puppies despite repeated invitations to do so.

General Committee of ČMKU declares that in accordance with its regulations, the pedigrees for the above-captioned litters could not be issued. Owners of the shih-tzu puppies from the kennel Bohemia Acro born in April 2006 and later must resolve the problems with the breeder in civil-law proceedings.
